I quite like a few sports, including football where I mostly support my home team Norwich City.
However my favourite sport is actually American Football, which is a lot of fun once you get your head round the odd rules. It is growing in popularity in the UK, with a few games held at Wembley, and often broadcast on channel 4.
I have to say I’m not a great fan of sports! I like to watch things like ice skating or skiing because I did these when I was younger but anything to do with footballs tends to bore me a little! I do love walking in the outdoors, however, and enjoying the fresh air and looking at the landscape, plants and animals and the general geography of the place. Does that count?
I used to play a lot of rugby when I was younger, but I’ve moved more into adventure / extreme sports recently. I love hiking / camping and get out to the mountains whenever I can. But, because it’s winter most of my time is spent either climbing indoors or snowboarding.
In a couple of weeks I’ll be heading to France to compete in the biggest student snowsports competition of the year. Boardercross is really scary but loads of fun!
