Yes, NASA have sent lots of probes to go near the other planets and study them, and even land on them like we have done on Mars. Saturn is made up of a huge ball of gas, so we could not land anything on it. But probes have gone near it to take photos and measurements so we find out more about the planet and its moons.

As for sending people there, that has not been done yet.. the current target is to send people to Mars first 🙂

The Cassini-Huygens mission was sent to Saturn by NASA to photograph the planet, and we’ve managed to learn a lot from those photos about the planet’s composition, moons (it has a lot) and its famous rings.

Cassini-Huygens also sent back an amazing image of the planet – this is real, not photoshopped (see if you can find earth!):

Technically the rockets themselves are only used to shoot satellites or space probes into earth’s orbit, not to send something all the way to another planet (fuel takes up a lot of space).
But yes, as Sam said, lots of missions have been sent to other planets including Saturn (I think Cassini is the big Saturn mission at the moment).
