      You picked up a tricky question! There’s no simple answer to it, though. Scientists have some theories about this issue and here is a quick summary of one:
      Higher levels of CO2 will warm up the planet and melt the ice stored on the poles. As a consequence water levels will rise and many continental areas and islands will be underwater. We would basically have to redraw our world map!
