I was 26 when I received my undergradute degree.
To put this into perspective, the German education system works differently from the British one.
I had to go through 13 years of schooling, so I was 19 when I left school. As a male citizen I was then drafted into the army (Germany had a mixed army consiting of conscipts and professionals; this changed in the last 3 years to a solely professional army), but I opted out and worked in a hospital instead. By the time i started university I was 21. The minimum studing time for biology was 5 years, so I was bang on target with my graduation at 26.

Depends how you label someone as a ‘scientist’. I did science and maths A-levels after high school, so I suppose the first time I did only science was when I went to university to study biochemistry, which was at 18.

But really anyone who likes science in any way is a bit of a scientist at heart 🙂

I was probably 26-27 when I completed my MSc and thats the first time I started to realise that I was a scientist (much to my surprise!).
