• Question: AT what age did you realise you wanted to become a scientist?

      This will be a shock to you, but I was 20 years old when I decided to give a scientific career a shot. 🙂
      I liked science in school, but haven’t thought about doing it as a career until after school. It seems to have worked out for me after all.

      It is normal to be unsure about things like your future career. And your idea of the perfect job is likely to change over the next few years (I wanted to be a firefighter, a priest, a salesman and many other things at one point or another).
      The important thing is to ask yourself what you like: Only you can answer that question. Once you know that, follow your passion. I like science (like the other four) and that’s why i have become a scientist.

      I was already interested in science-y things like forensics and medicine, but I was really sure I wanted to study science and try it as a career afterwards around 17/18, before I started at university
